Complete the on-line fillable form, Petition for Admission to Plead and Practice Pro Hac Vice, and submit it along with the original Certificate of Good Standing to the address below. You will receive a copy of the petition and order signed by the clerk as notification you are admitted. For each case in which you appear, you will need to repeat this process and pay the fee. In addition, out of state attorneys practicing pro hac vice must associate local counsel who are admitted to practice in the Middle District of Georgia.
