Federal defender organizations, together with more than 10,000 private "panel attorneys," represent the vast majority of individuals who are prosecuted in federal court. CJA panel attorneys in the Middle District of Georgia represent those where a conflict of interest or some other factor precludes federal defender representation.

CJA 20 Automated Billing Program
For the automated creation and calculation of vouchers; Print a copy of the CJA Form 20 from CM/ECF and wet sign and date the voucher at Item 22. Submit it with the completed Automated Billing Voucher and any supporting documentation to the CJA Clerk."
