Jury Information: Fees/Reimbursements Paid to Jurors

Jurors who are not employees of the federal government are paid at the rate of $40 per day for attendance and are reimbursed for parking expense of no more than $5.00 per day if a receipt(s) is presented to court personnel on the last day of jury service. Round-trip mileage will also be reimbursed at the current federal rate. Employees of the federal government will receive their regular pay from the agency in which they are employed, without deduction from other leave authorized by statute, in lieu of the $40 per day for attendance; however, the court will make reimbursement for round-trip mileage (current federal rate) and daily parking expense (no more than $5 per day) if a receipt(s) is presented on the last day of jury service.
