CM/ECF Assistance regarding electronic filing is available from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday except for statutory holidays. Contact the office where your case is being handled at the number below or via email at help@gamd.uscourts.gov. PLEASE NOTE this office cannot provide information regarding matters filed in State Court, Superior Court, Magistrate Court, or Probate Court which include divorce matters, child custody matters, state or local criminal matters, etc.  You must contact the state or local court in which the matter your inquiring took place.

Password Issues

Attorneys use PACER credentials to access CM/ECF. You can reset your PACER password here.

PDF Size Issues

Our CM/ECF system has a Maximum PDF File Size of 50 MB. The Maximum Merge Document Size size is 800MB.

Have larger PDF files? You can use the PDF Split Utility to create smaller PDFs from larger documents.
