UPDATE – As of 9:15am on Friday, August 29, 2025, the Administrative Office has reported that CM/ECF has been restored to normal operation.
The Judiciary’s Case Management/Electronic Case Filing (CM/ECF) system has been largely unavailable to external users since 3:00pm on August 28, 2025. The Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts is working to correct the problem. A restoration time is unknown.
